  • Need Urgent Help With Finding A Part

I am hoping one of you guys knows where I can get a replacement filter for the K&N FIPK for my 95 bird.

I went to change the oil and tranny fluid today and my air filter was gone...
I sucked up some dust and stuff into the motor, but it's still running so I guess there wasn't fatal damage done.

I looked all over for a new filter and can't find one that fits it, do any of you know where I can find the filter?

Mods plz don't move this, I need to get a filter fast since I have to get to work somehow with no car.

First off DON'T DRIVE YOUR CAR.

Second, you could try K&Ns website ;)

http://www.knfilters.com/FIPK/fipkinstr.htm then scroll down to Camaro, Firebird. Here's the part number it lists for the replacement filter RF-1050, I would call them and make sure it's the right one.

I would go to a pep boys and pic up one of those cheap *** colorfull ricer cone filters, untill you can locate a replacement.

That way you can drive your car.

I'm not sure what makes you think this is a lounge topic. It's way too technical for us lounge junkies. Moving to intake/exhaust.
