i gota vote for pacesetters..
cost the least by a long shot.. and are pretty much as good if not better build quality then the others..

If you want my .02 dont get headers...the sound is better afterwards but like me i had a leak in those things till the day i traded my car in...i tried gaskets, used silicone copper or whatever on the EGR and nothing...had a leak and it annoyed the sh*t out of me...Needless to say it wasnt worth it to me...If i had to do it over again, i wouldnt.

Bah...dont listen to him.
Headers kick *** and I don't regret getting mine at all...I would regret not getting them
Sure there is a little bit of maintaining involved...but no big deal to me really.
The only thing I had to do to stop a constant leak was weld the Y up to the cat...other than that I just tighten the header bolts up every now and then and tighten up the bolts connecting the Y to the headers.
I too would get pacesetters....and did

I put my CIA headers on over a year and a half ago, and haven't had any leaks, and haven't had to do anything to them. No routine tightening of bolts or anything.

Heh I wasn't meaning that you were wrong...I know a lot of people have had leaks and what not, but there are ways of getting around leaks. Leaks aren't everlasting No need to hit me with a stick ;)

Ok i take back the hittin of the stick and down grade it to a No but seriously that leak i never could figure out where it was coming from. Boy did that piss me off  In the end, im still clueless. If you blow a header gasket do you have to take it to a machine shop and get it resurfaced? Just curious

Heh if you blow a gasket I believe you get a new one
And I appreciate the downgrade of a poking :D
And also, it may have been your EGR leaking...mine leaks a LITTLE...maybe yours was just leaking a lot and you didn't realize that's where it was coming from. That is one leak that I don't really know how to fix...but it leaks so little I don't really care.

Well i tried using that ultra copper on the Egr right where it connects to the header. Nothing..in the end i got the GM gaskets and i took it to a guy i knew and the leak was almost gone but then i dicked around with it and tightened the bolts and it came back...stupid me

Well mine are leaking a little from time to time because I am using the stock paper gaskets. I'm trying to be one of the few who don't need new ones. The paper gaskets will shrink after a while and then the leaks start....tighten it up more....it'll shrink down a little....eventually (soon) it will stop shrinking and my paper gaskets will be working without blowing. Not many people can say that!!!
