  • 3.4 to LT1 TB conversion

Anyone know the gains of this conversion, like 1/4 mile gains? I won the lower and upper intake manifolds plus the tb from a 95 3.4 camaro for $41 on ebay. That includes shipping. I plan on port & polishing the manifolds and adding the lt1 tb. If no one knows the gains I'll post what I gained in a few months. still gotta get the tb. It will be a stock LT1 tb.

I wonder if the gains would be any different than the TPI tb conversions I've seen w/Tiago's & Jeriko's projects.

I hope it's a desent gain. Luckly I'm finding the parts I need for a good price so it shouldn't be to expensive in the end.

I know you have to chop some off the upper intake and route a new way for the TB cables..thats all i know.

When I finally get it done I'll give you a total of how much I spent and what I gained. So far I just spent $41 for the other intake assembly. I'm only getting the stock 48mm LT1 TB.
