what is the simplest or easyest way to get a z28 to sound louder than stock exhaust, i had a flowmaster 80 on my v6 and it made it sound like the mufler rattled when it hit around 4000 rpm is there something that would sound good on a z28 and not sound like its rattling?

since its a z28, v8, you shouldnt have any rattling sounds. In my experience, a v8 sounds nothing like a v6. so any good catback will work well for an 8, yes flowmaster included in this one. Though, if you want top dollar, i have heard a borla on a corvette and a corsa on a buddies TA WS6 and both sound mean as hell.
