Dynomax I pipes for the 98 and up cars

I noticed the dynomax I pipes for the 98 and up cars comes in two pieces which are about 100 bucks total from summit. Part numbers are 53061 and 54064. For those looking for a 3" pipe, there you go.

Is the axle crossover the same for the 93-97 cars as it is for 98-02?
