I can't believe I drove my car for so long without one. Easy to install, noticeable power increase, and that sucking sound is fun!!! Every F-body owner should start with an intake!!!

I agree. It was my first mod and i had a noticable gain. Intake is the way to start.

I got the SLP intake for my car and it made a big difference as well. Just driving around town I didn't feel much, I guess I was expecting instant results. Just when I was starting to feel down I took it on the freeway and had to merge...heard it make the spooling noise and it pulled hard.

Lost the feeling, I guess I'm just used to it now. Still love the sound the engine makes when it starts up and its cold outside...makes it sound more agressive.

Put on a free flowing exhaust and it'll really respond well.

One Quick Question: Where is the SLP CAI and the K+N FIPK to be purchased? Also, can these be found on ebay? ((I've looked occasionally, and not seem them yet.))

There are some on this board every now and then in the For Sale section. That's where I got mine. I've seen a few FIPK's go for around $150 on ebay lately. Keep looking, this is a popular mod.
