Ok, i went to K&N website, and searched for the Fuel Injection Performance Kit for a 2001 3.8. anyways, they only had it for the v8. Anyone know if they make one for the 3.8? I'm thinking they just don't have it on there website.

The 2001 has a different intake then earlier models
I believe 98+ have the intake that hooks directly to the airbox, versus the earlier intake that curved down below the engine bay
What you need to do is get a standard K&N filter for your car... And you can either get the fast toys ram air or do it yourself with the free ram air mod. and then you can either file off the baffels of your existing airbox lid or get a whisper lid.
And I think 98+ owners usually raise their airbox to allow more cool air to get in, or something, i'm honestly not sure since i drive a 96 =)
