  • Solutions for my exhaust...

Ok, first just to clear things up I did do a search already.

I got my TSP Rumbler installed on Friday along with the 3" Catco Cat (Pacesetter's installed the week before). I know that my muffler needs to burn in a little and will sound better but I have questions about other sounds.

I know that their will be some popping going on because of cold air hitting some hot parts of the pipes on the way out but I want to make it as minimal as possible. So it is true that upgrading my ignition (MSD 4, coil packs, etc...) could solve some of the problem? What else could I do to quiet down the popping?

Could you also give us a sound clip?

Well I tried to get a sound clip but my dig camera doesnt record sound and my video camera is having some "condensation" problems. I will try again later.
