  • Post Your Exhaust Clips!

I see so many posts on facebook and instagram about posting exhaust videos but never see anything on here. So Ill start the thread. First up is my current 3.8l V6 with custom dual flowmaster super 44s. After that, the second video is my 3.4l V6 with custom dual flowmaster 40 series.

Ehh theres a reason I dont rev too high. Lol. Ive tried 7 different exhaust set ups to help the upper rpms. I have 1 more idea to try and then I'm over it. Lol

The red Camaro even uses 3in pipe, a vibrant resonator, the super 44s which are supposed to be more insulated and deeper tone, and double wall tips to take away most of the raspy high rpm sound but still no good. 3.8 or 3.4 both seem to be impossible to cut out that noise in high rpm.

Mines pacesetters , 3" pipping to a resonator to a 3" bullet dynomax resonator to a Dynomax super turbo muffler 3" in/ out single tip aimed down. Not that loud but sounds good in the upper rpms, I plan on running a 3" cutout once the turbo is installed. Ill install that where one of the resonators is at probably where the cat used to be.

Dont suppose you have a sound clip by chance?

I’ll have to edit this later to get it to fit into a video screen since I can’t get it to work on my mobile phone

She was loud as hell. This was the day I took it to the dyno (I was filming). We spun to 6000 rpm and I was literally less than half a second from putting the camera down and walking out of the shop because I think my ears were about to bleed. I had ear protection on too that they gave me. With my cam and setup I turned it up to 6500rpm as it was supposed to make power right to 6800rpm. No chance I would of been able to last in the shop turning 6500 rpm.

Yeah Ive had many setups myself throughout the years, pretty much gave up, I like the dynomax super turbo muffler probably the best but its pretty mellow.
