Crappy factory clamp failed, crappy autozone clamp failed, crappy weld from a muffler shop failed, let see if a half assed crappy safety wire job will prevail!

Any exhaust shop should be able to weld it. Is that part over the axle area?

No... It's at the tail of the transmission.

I had the clamps laying around, and I prefer it not to be a permanent full weld there. I might get it spot welded in place. And I can only take it to certain exhaust shops do to the nature of my exhaust configuration. Might fix it though.
