  • Late model tubular exhaust manifolds.

    Hi,
I've read that the later model tubular manifolds flow well and that going to the (widely available for the L36) short tube headers will not give a much better result. 2 questions then, will they fit in a 96', and has anyone done the swap?
    Thanks.

Yes - but not without modification to the A/C lines. There is an interference issue.

yeah, if your going to go about pulling the manifolds off, just go ahead and throw headers on it...its better in the long run.
