okay background...

just changed Lower intake Gasket (and up), Radiator, upper and lower hoses, and i drilled my 180 Thermo...

my fans NEVER came on before now when i am sitting in traffic of a drive thru on a normal day 85-88 outside the fans kick on my temp gauge along with everyone elses is a POS so i have no clue what temp its really running.. why would they be kicking on now.... is my car running hotter?

My 94 3.4 comes on at around 210. Off around 180.

you probably need a new coolent temp sensor.

does your temp guage fluctuate?

I think you just need to bleed the air out of the coolant somemore. Check when it is cold the fluid level and res. level.

temp gauge does not move (POS Factory gauge) and there is no air in there =\
