Last oil change I used Mobil 1 Synthetic blend. I let my dad borrow my car this weekend and yesterday he told me that the car was low a quart so he added some oil. He used regualr valvoline oil. I was just wondering if this will affect anything. Should I drain the oil and change it? Car seems to be running fine. I just don't want anything to get screwed up. Thanks.

Check it. Make sure it's not overfilled. That's all I'd be worried about. My dipstick gives different readings depending on how it was inserted. Mine has the twist though. Not sure about yours.
