  • Fuel pump going?

Alright, I've noticed that as I get lower on gas, the car seems to run abit rougher. A bit hesitant for WOT acceleration, seems like it's kinda lugging around, not cruising like usual. Every time I gas up, it almost seems like a whole different car. Could this be a sign of my fuel pump going? If not, any idea? I usually try and gas up aorund 1/4-1/2 tank, to help keep the pump lasting, but I did run it close to E last time.

probably there is a lot of crap floating around your tank, and when you get low, its clogging your filter/sock

I would just check your fuel pressure and see what it is. And when you check it with the car off after idle see how long it takes to go down, should take more than a couple of minutes to go back down.

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
