ok i went to put down the passenger side window from the drivers side door panel and the button just like clicked down further than normal and stuck there and the window wouldnt go down. I can still put the window up from my side and up and down from the passenger side. any ideas on what i could need?

The switch probably broke. Had the same issue back in 1999 on a cold winter day when it was snowing! Window went down, but not back up. GM had a new switch for $11. Needless to say, it was installed the next day.sigpic -

Yup. There are these little cheapass plastic thingy's inside of the switch that break with ease. Sometimes, one plastic thingy will break and the other won't.Originally posted by fabolous24:

There is also an ebay store that goes by the name of "fparts"....and there's always www.tacreationsusa.com....My power lock switch manifested the same symptoms as well...changed the switch...good to go!!! [img]graemlins/banana.gif[/img]

yea i think ill probably jsut run up to the dealer to see how much they will charger for the new switch.
