  • Where to buy a Superchip!

One place was selling it for $170 but come to foind out the chip is blank and you have to send it to Superchips for programming. How much does that cost? Are all the Superchips blank no matter where I buy them from? What should I do?

I'm just north of tate county. I really don't like JET because they only make changes @ WOT and only every 500 RPMS vs 200RPMs @ Superchips. Anybody else make chips? What About this:

That's interesting i've never seen that one before, it would almost be worth the 70 bucks to plug it in and see what it does. I would call them to verify compatibility though. Aftermarket manufacturers are notorious for screwing up compatibility between the different model years of 4th gens.

JET chips are worthless. At the old shop my dad worked at they compared stock tuning vs. the JET chip and it was EXACTLY the same!

          Go to www.fastchip.com
It's a little more expensive but it's the only computer work for the 3.4 that actually works!

I don't think there is a difference between the 93-95 3.4 so I'm sure he does it.
You just take your computer out, mail it to him, and he mails you a new one that is reprogrammed.

I just mailed him mine and he kept mine and sent me one with the programming, like a trade. That way my car only had like 10 minutes of down time instead of waiting for my original computer to come back.

That box is basically just a few resistors and a switch to trick your car into thinking it has a cooler charge of air coming in. Basically a $.05 resistor with a switch for $83. BTW....it will do nothing.

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
