Did some searching again, not much came up. What's the best tensioner/idler pulley to buy. and does anyone make any damn Underdrive pulleys for the 3800? I did like a 15 minute search through a list of websites.

fo rizzle? No sacarcasm though, lol! I'm just slap happy, so I just said that fo' fun.

Uhm. kay. So any certain brand on the tensioner pulley, 'cuz...I think mine is going out. It makes a plastic squeak while running sometimes. and I can move it up and down with my hand. and everytime my car misses ( randomly ), I can't really tell if it jumps before it misses or after, it's literally in sync with the miss.

          Edit is bolded.

Sounds like the original is fine for reliability, get another from the dealer.
