  • I want to get to 200rwhp

    So i am thinking about my next mod being a cam from SSM and the MAFT+ to help tune the car. Or maybe Roller Rockers and the MAFT+. What else can I do to hepl me get their?

    What has everyone else done that I have not done to get to 200? thanks!

    Aluminum driveshaft to free up HP
    How about suspension stuff to get that power to the ground?

      whisper lid, k&n filter, remove maf screen, raised air box, ram air hood, HPP3, alluminum driveshaft, cat-back exhaust.

        sorry man but I had to point out that I cannot do the whisper lid because I have a 96, my sig allready says that I removed the maf, I cannot do the Hpp3 because I have a 96, and I allready have a cat back, it's in the sig.

        sorry man just raggin on ya a little :D ;)

          hey scott....is the aluminum driveshaft a good buy? wat do u mean free up hp? like...make use of hp that you already have or wat?

            All v6's come w/ a 1 or 2 piece steel driveshaft which weighs like 20-22 lbs. By replacing it with a lighter 1 piece aluminum driveshaft you reduce the parassitic drivetrain loss, thus slightly increasing horsepower to the rear wheels. It's in the modification encylopedia.

              Ok, lighter driveshafts allow for more of the engine hp/tq to be realized at the rear wheels. headers, high-flow cat, msd-dis4, ngk spark plugs, port and polish tb/maf housing and intake manifold.
