    megasquirts is more om the line of $500, but wewight reduction will get more out of what power you already have

      Viper said in another post that they were about $4K? Well in any case for the platform, weight reduction would save money.

          With all these upgrades wouldnt it just be cheaper to get a 3.8?

            Yes it would, but with all those upgrades you could also get an LT1 but, thats not the point.

            Its just the same scenario when people tell me with all the money I have spent on my car I could have a stock LS1 or slightly modded LT1, but I am hoping to go faster than a slighlty modded LT1 or stock LS1 ;)

            Its all about the person and their perspective on the project :)
