Look for a DRL mod tutorial to disable them. I was going to rig up a switch to turn the automation on/off, but ended up shorting the box out, and now they aren't automatic at all--- I like it better this way.

my GP has the daytime running lamp thing. I just have to pull a 10amp fuse to disable.

yeah i have that, im havnt looked but i think u can pull the fuse... i know theres a couple mods for it also.... u can also get ur e brake when the car is off... and pull it up just one click, the brakes wone be applied yet, but the contact on the switch at the bottom of the handle will touch ... ur light will not turn on automaticly when this is done.... car must be off when brake is applied....

Re: No Control Over Headlights! Help!

There is a sensor that is right beside the red LED in the center of your
dash. All I did was pull the sensor out and jumper it with a piece of wire.
This leaves your DRL's on and gives you control of the headlights.

Heres the link. Scroll about half way down and you'll see the way to just
                  disable the auto headlights.
