ok so I just put the car back together from the last 2 days of hell. now the Alt is not charging the battery correctly, the tension pulley is on the way out and every time I turn the wheel the belt squeaks. is it possibly the charging problem is caused by the belt being loose? its the exact same symptoms as when I did my headers. I didn't hook up the plug that goes on top of the alt. it charged the battery enough to run for 2 days but it eventually died on me. even if I revved it up it the voltage wouldn't change. well its the same problem all over again but the plug is in place. IDK, could I have messed up something internally in the alt? I know it rained hard last night but I don't think the alt got wet.

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
