Best Mods for 500.00 or Less?

I would like to do the "bolt on" thing for the extra H.P., Does anybody have the "cheap and easy" first thing to do list?

I have made a lot of money in my life, most of which I spent on cars and women.The rest I have blown.

Free-flo filter (Ex: K&N)
Should run about - $300

Take off Z28 muffler/cat-back or other comparable catback system for $200..
