    Will a 160 work in a 99 firebird? No SES lights or anything

    should be fine. pretty cold for winter. may not get any heat until it gets up to normal operating temp.

          you are aware that you'll run at 190-210 unless you install fan switch anyway, right?
          my suggestion for 160 stat on OBD-II vehicles is [img]graemlins/thumbsdown.gif[/img]
          ASE Master, L1, X1, C1. Instructor in automotive systems. 99 3800 4L60E with a few mods and a greatful dead sticker on the back window.

              At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
