  • What do you use to clean your engine bay

What does everyone use to clean their engine bay?

Sorry for the kinda dumb question, but I always see the option at the car wash to spray clean your engine bay but hesitate due to the high pressure.

what ever's cheapest @ AZ at the time, and some blue towels to scrub if need be. I did a strong concentration of Oxyclean once on the 79 T-Bird & bleached/burned some of the metal white.

My current project, I was given some stuff from the dollar store that worked pretty damn good.

i bought cd2 engine detailer, it had a spray can of degreaser and a spray can of detailer you would spray the firewall and all hoses and stuff with the detailer and it would shine everything up, looks real good.
