    4.3 crank in 3.8?

    did a search and it took 30mins and found zip

    im not real good on the 4.3 but can a 4.3 crank fit in our 3.8, if so then we have many forged cranks to choose from [img]smile.gif[/img]

    4.3 won't fit. Totally different dimensions.

    4.3 is dimensionally based on the old Chevy small block V8 design. The 3.8 is based on Buick Aluminum 215 CI V8.

          Series II 3.8 is even fire.

                Typhoon is an AWD Turbo 4.3L Blazer. Made 91 to 93. Syclone is the pickup version. [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]

                The 3800 crank is strong. I never heard of anyone beaking one.
