Yep, the 350 was probably the 2nd fastest 3rd gen Fbody around. Of course we all know that the fastest 3rd gen happened to be powered by a V6 [img]smile.gif[/img]
Also, a 3.8 automatic should edge out a 3.4 (auto & manual). The engine makes more power at a higher RPM. I've been in auto 3.8s and the 3.08 gear ratio they have takes out a lot of the punch the manuals give. Even so, the 3.8 would take it.
Heck, now-a-days you can find a 1996 V6 Fbody very cheap... I've seen some for $3500-4000 with less than 80k on their odometer.
