Had a quick question to whomever changes their own plugs.

On the passenger side, the middle plug (not sure what cylinder it is) is it possible to replace? I did the other 5 and this one is a KILLER....any advice? Thanx

I think your talking about cyl. 4. It is possible. These plugs arent easy but heres what to do.

Do this underneath the car ut the socket on the plug good and snugg, then get a short extenstion and put that on the socket. Then from the top feel for the extension and put a wobble on it. Then connect the wobble to your ratcheting wrench. Do all this while the socket is still on the plug. Now you should have a good angle on the wrench and enough room to menouver the plug out. If this is not enough room for you to turn the wrench place another extension on the wobble and then the ratchet on the extension so the wrench is higher up and closer to you. This will work I promise.

Let me know if you have any other problems. I have done these plugs a million times.

I was able to do it basically the same way pgriffith was. I didn't have to use any u-joints though. I put the socket on from underneath, then used a 3" extension to reach the socket from above.

used 3/8" drive rachet and deep socket -- no extension. i couldnt get it from above and just barely was able to get it from below. its hard to reach up that high from below.

That one was a PITA!!! I slid the socket on the plug and from underneath I put a wrench on the end of the socket and turned it that way.
