    ok now did a search and i kinda found out what is going on. But when i have like half a tank it will go up and down and once i get to like a 1/4 tank it really starts getting weird. like when i stop i will go all the way past the red line but then when i start up agian it will slowy creep back up to over a 1/4 then it will fall back down what the hell is going on here?

    That is normal. Mine does that too and it even says in the manual that if it moves around its normal. The gas gauges on our cars arent that great.
