  • Help for a tune up...

Hey i need to get my car tuned up and havent done it before. What gapping should i get on the spark plugs?I am not running a power adder, and i may be getting a 160 thermo. Also, if i take the car to a shop to get it done, should i just ask them to gap the plugs, or should i buy them gapped like that, or should i gap them myself. And should i bother changing the spark plug wires? Thanks for any help, If u guys know of any other routine maintenence that could help me perform better, let me know. Car has 121,xxx miles on it.
