• What should I do next?

I have a 99' Firebird with the A4, I have done the FRA!,raised airbox, removed silencer,K&N,Jetchip,2.5' dual strait pipes from the cat back. I was thinken of buying a new lid but since i already removed the silecer would it do me any good? I have the Y87 so i dont need any new rear-end stuff except possibly a new driveshaft

Personally, I think whisper lids do jack crap. The custom whisper lid mod works just as good. Out of us people in Sick-Sixx, Jeff, myself, and Kris have the better times in the group (I believe), and we all have the custom whisper lid. The people who paid $130 for theirs all have slower times. All you have to do is take off your lid, and see all those fins on the bottom? Get a pair of pliars and pull all of them off. Then get some sand paper, smooth it out. Baam! You got yourself a whisper lid. People will argue that it's not as good, because the outlet going to the throttle body isn't as large and rounded as on a whisper lid you'd buy, but hey, the #'s speak for themselves IMHO. You choose. $130 for a mod that won't do a damn thing more then a free way.
