What rating of octane do you guys use and why? Has anyone noticed a mpg increase by using a certain octane??

i use regular, i think it's 87 octane. Ive had my car for 2 years now and thats all I've ever used.2000 Camaro 3.8 v6 M5

Regular here too (87 octane).
