Re: key fobs
If your just replacing the fob remote, its just 40-60$ my cost. I'm not sure how you reprogram the reciever in the car.255/50R16 Tires, Pioneer Deck, Pioneer 4 Way speakers, PPI Amps, JL subs, Spec Stage 3 Clutch, Optima Yellow Top

Re: key fobs
I got mine for $25 off Ebay. You'd have to be dumb to pay $55 to program it...it takes every bit of 2 minutes and involves turning the key off and and and holding buttons.1998 Camaro V6 \"Black Mamba\"<br />Y87<br />Whisper Lid w/ K&N filter<br />Flowmaster American Thunder<br />Numerous appearance mods.<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2154172\" target=\"_blank\">Car Domain</a>

Re: key fobs
download an owners manual if you don't have a hard copy. i have them on my site as well as links to other years. newer f bodys pretty much the same in this respect. you can program the fob youself with an owners manual. easy to find. http://home.comcast.net/~grayman99/gmtech-ref.htm
try www.gmpartsdirect.com for good prices on stock parts.
