    i lost my remote for my camaro and i need a new remote. i want to buy it from ebay because the dealer charges me $140 but i dont know the numbers that are supposed to be on the back of the remote. any help is greatly appreciated

    If your just replacing the fob remote, its just 40-60$ my cost. I'm not sure how you reprogram the reciever in the car.

        i have a 2002 camaro v6. i went to my dealer and they told me that it would cost me $90 for the remote and $55 to program it.

            I got mine for $25 off Ebay. You'd have to be dumb to pay $55 to program it...it takes every bit of 2 minutes and involves turning the key off and and and holding buttons.

              Ya dont let them charge you 55 to reprogramm it, it shows you how to do it in the manual! Dealers, Dealers, Dealers.......

                download an owners manual if you don't have a hard copy. i have them on my site as well as links to other years. newer f bodys pretty much the same in this respect. you can program the fob youself with an owners manual. easy to find. http://home.comcast.net/~grayman99/gmtech-ref.htm
