    Re: hard 1-2 upshift

Not very good ones....but a little picture and 2 sentences yes...

But if you get the shift kit, you don't have to have the $22 valve.

          Re: hard 1-2 upshift

The shift kit will have a valve that replaces the one that is worn.

No you do not have to get a corvette servo. I did not when I did mine, although for the shift kit install you have to remove the servo anyways (I didn't realize this when I did mine) so why not throw a vette servo in while your at it? :D

              Re: hard 1-2 upshift

Once you get the shift kit the instructions will explain it a bit better. But you have a choice of adding 1-3 spacers that changes the 1-2 shift. I went with 2, its snappy as hell. 3 would probably kill any girl you take along....:wavey:

No, not normal. Sporty would be the word. Much nicer. Car kinda jumps forwards instead of granny-ing into it.

                          Re: hard 1-2 upshift

Yes I drilled the holes. Its easy and the paper instructions point out which ones to do. I used the smaller of the two bits supplied. I would do it if I was you.

well the bit you use depends on if you are doing the "race" or "street." I went with "street" and I assume both plates, but i only remember one....

Wire spacer goes inside the screen. Holes are drilled through the plastic part of the screen if I recall. Seems like the paper instructions should tell you all of that....
