If I swap my non-supercharged 3800 for a supercharged 3800 gtp will I a whole new PCM or can I simply have it reprogrammed?

wait, are you using the block from a gtp or the whole engine?

the engine from a gtp isnt going to work in your car with out a ton of work

It would be chaeper and have more power just to add a turbo, if your thinking about doing a roots type blower.
