    I'm goin to order a cam this week for sure, but im im not sure which to get G1 or G2 cam. not much diference I know, but with the G2 cma I know it usually throws the code. Have many of u gys wiht the G2 cam thrown the P0133 code or not. Also it is reccommended to change the TQ convertor, but is it a must. I will change it evetnutlly but not now as i dont have th emoney for that yet. Any help here is helpful thanx, guys!!!

    Please start with the sticky at the top of this section:

    If you can't pick out a cam based on its specs by yourself, you shouldn't be doing it, IMHO.

    Yes, it will probably trip the P0300 DTC. No big deal with the tuning you should get anyways.

    You will want a new TC for best results. No, it's not required.

      At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
