Not sure though on a 2001 fbody, I think the connectors switched at some point to a different shape or something.

00+ V6s got the new style connector: Old style vs. new style.

Since those injectors are the old style, they won't connect right up to an 00+ 3.8. ArtHansen went through hell trying to adapt some GTP injectors to the new connector.

Does they work without reprogramming? direct swap , nothing else?

They'd work, but your AFR would be way off. Need to get it programmed to tell the PCM what the flowrate of the new injector is.

you will need a tune, might be able to get by for a little while, but tuning it would be the correct way to do it.

Who makes injectors that will fit? What rate are LS1's?

On a motor that's not maxing the stockers? 0 hp.

Only time you'd pick up power is if you were being held back because of the flow rate of the stock ones. For example, an FI guy may have to limit boost until he got bigger injectors.

No. You'd have to put the old style connectors on your wiring harness.

they have both types of injectors, so yes it would be plug and play.
