And sometimes when im driving especially going up hills it will like bog down and I kick it down in 4th and get on it a little to get going it will spit a little black smoke?? It has a sulfuric/ exhaust smell alot of the time. onlt getting 16mpg and a loss of power sometimes. Any Ideas?

Blue smoke is burning oil, if it does it on start-up, thats usually an indication of valve seals going bad.

Black smoke is too much fuel. Sulfuric exhaust smell is a typical indication of a bad Catalytic Converter. Drive around a while and then look at you Cat (don't touch it!) If it looks red (glowing hot) it's bad. When its cool, pound on it lightly and see if it rattles, that would also mean its bad.

If your blowing blue smoke then the burning oil took your cat out.
