Where is the "Conveinence center"?

This is where the headlight door fuses are suppose to be, but where the hell is it. It it near the main fusebox? How the hell do I get to it?

What year car are you talking about? The headlight fuse is in the fuse block under the driver side of the dash.

There should be a fuse labeled 'headlight' in the fuse box by the steering column under the driver side dash.
