  • An actual update

FInally got off my as$ & did some work onthe bird (not too long before I go back to the desert again).

Removed teh driver side control arm so I could move the motor mount & get some new bushings. I didn't remove the steering nuckle, just dropped the tie rod & ball joint, removed the bushing bolts (none stripped/snapped) and am gonna clean up the rust & paint. Liquid wrenched the bottom mount bolts & will see about remob\val tomorrow. then will do the pass side. Moving the brake line should prove interesting, and knowing my luck it will snap.

so long as it doesn't spontainiously combust, & actually drives, I'll be happy. no nazi e-check starting 1 Jan, and I got the driver side motor mount off, and teh pass side tie rod & ball joint dropped.

no motor mounts in yet, work has been kicking my azz. Did get the radiator in today. looks weird w/the cap on the wrong side. Any way, what's w/the outlet looking thing just beneath the cap? not the overfolw nipple, the bigger one below it? just wondering if I need to cap it off or anything.

At least I get to use those radiator mount pads I got a while back ;)
