• 80 Series Flowmaster and Cold Air Induction System

Installed 80 Series Flowmaster on the 89 Bird and a Y87 Catalytic converter that came from my other bird. It is nice and the tone and throttle response have definately got better and horsepower gain is very noticeable. I wish I did this a long time ago.

The place is really cool and the owner is willing to do a custom K&N FIPK cold induction system for $145. Yup it'll be on soon. So now I have to change my Sig from Bone stock 2.8 to a modified one.

I have a flowmaster 80 series and I am very happy with it also. It will get quite a bit deeper and louder the older it gets which is something to look forward to. After about 3 or 4 months you will notice a big improvement on the way it sounds.

By the way, have you seen this article for the custom K&N CAI that you can do for about $62?

Hey Noooo! Wow I sure wish I ask first before I had it done. But I'm not disappointed. It sort of sort worth it. The guy did use a thin gage mendrel tubing. It is similar to that though and it looks very nice. I went ahead though and printed that article for my reference. So thank You

Yeah, you still got a really good deal because the K&N FIPK for the 3.4 sells on K&N's web site for $229.05 and that isn't even a custom made job like yours. I'm sure your's looks a lot better than mine too, but hey, I'm cheap. Oh yeah, and congrats on your first mods, watch out though, it's addicting

One more thing. Here is the other article that you might find useful. It may not add a huge amount of horsepower, but every little bit helps (especially when that little bit costs $6):
