The esiest(not neccessarily the cheapest) is get the edelbrock base manifold & 4bb upperplenum. Get the Holly TBI setup (they do make a smaller version than the 670cfm) & go.
Cheapest (not neccessarily the easiest) would be to raid a junked 85-91 camaro/firebird & begin the transplant.
There might be another option, but none come to mind right now.
