Off top of my head thats what I have replaced in the last 6 years of driving and racing T5 f-bodies. That doesn't include possible $1k mabe more in just entrance fees to the track, ice, and bottle of Mountan Dew I usally pick up. Not going to consistantly dragrace another T5 again...

Saving for engagement ring, have $4k on a credit card and like $10k in medical bills. And still racking up like $5k a year in medical bills just for cancer surveillance.

It was fun, I was hoping to make 13s n/a, full weight and internally stock.(first person to do it?)

Sorry man....... my budget for racing has been neutered :(

I cleared up all my credit card debt.... but have a house (mortgage) now.....

I'm an auto guy.... killed it several times.... built it stronger..... now.. I don't race enough to push it.

yep it sucks... at least you have the option of a daily driver if I it was a 2nd car I woudl still race it but. can't have my car down for a week and a half, for me to fix it and can't pay to have people fix it in 3 days and not have the car for those days.

Mine is my daily driver. I was down for a month and half through July-August. Sucks, at that time i had another car though.

You'll be back at the track within a month of the time you get it fixed.

And for paying someone to fix it, it always come back to taking it back apart and fixing it the right way. Thats how it has worked for me in the past anyways.

Nope won't be at the dragstip... already demoding alot of things.

I still plan to autocross it but thats only once a month and I can do it without "shocking" the drivetrain.

I had another vehicle the last 6 months or so so it hasn't been to bad but don't have it any more. If my car goes down I don't make it to work and I am screwed
