I remember reading in a paper where robbers broke through a brick wall at autozone and stole all there cats, lol

I can honestly say I have no clue what is involved in something like that, but I have heard that was the reason why cats are stolen. I could see how it could be too much work for what little material is inside the cat so maybe the info I heard is wrong.

I got $75 for the one out of my wife's elantra.

I had to replace a decent part of the exhaust and a new cat was in the replacement pipes..... so, I packaged up the old one and in no time got the money

Gotta upgrade the T/A w/ headers and high flow cats...... and sell this guy my old stock cats

i practically gave mine away, and then i saw that thread on ls1tech...

that guy sells them to a place that pays a lot more than that for each cat. so if you want to make REAL money, find who he sells them to. there are a few different places apparently.

There is a scrap yard near my house that gives $50 for a decent sized cat, I think they gave me 70ish for a big-flat-pan cat from my old truck
