the car wasnt a t-top by the way it was a hard top and was the same color of the car it was a 98 or newer so is that why it was a single color? cuz my dad had a 95 z28 with a black hard top...Comment

just like someone had said b4, the best way to check to see if its a z or not is to look at the exhaust. if its got the duals with the z tips, then it most likely is. if its duals with a little round tip or single pipe, then it most likely is a v6. also by listening to the car you can tell. z's have a deeper sound to them.
