Yes they do.

I'm a consumer whore so I just got one and love it. The vibrating action feels almost like an electric razor than a safety razor. I didn't find the trimming blade on the back to be useful, though.

Dude, it was Mad TV "Now watch as the 14th razor gently scrapes the enamel off your teeth." haha good times.
There is fast, too fast, and way too fast. Way too fast is almost fast enough.

SNL did it too. I couldn't tell you who did it first.

I would like to get good with a straight blade, but I don't want to bleed to death in the process.

$12.xx. I had to replace the blade after one week. The condition strip goes fast on them otherwise they are an awesome blade.

ok so about the same as a mach 3? might consider trying it out... At the bud shootout they had chicks shaving guys on a stage with it. but they only gave out coupons, no free samples which really worried me about the cost.

I have an electric Norelco that I got for Christmas... I used it a few times, and I didn't like it. Either I suck, or I have to keep going over and over and over the same spot to get all the hair. It ends up irritating my skin more than dry shaving.
