intake, headers, exhaust, ignition, intake and head porting, cam, shift kit, stall converter, 1 piece aluminum drive shaft (less rotating mass), LSD (I assume you already have 3.23 gears with an automatic, you will need sticky tires more than you will need different gears unless you can get the LSD with a 3.42 ratio from a Y87 car), and tuning.

    If you build it that way and prepare for a turbo, you could easily run 13s with the turbo, and my god, at least high 14s should be in there NA! It's all about how you drive it too...

      X2 . I had the stock two piece driveshaft running "nitrous and a blower" on my car doing 12's in the 1/4 with 1.7/1.8 60fts. and that driveshaft held up just fine. It was on the car for about 7 years until I went to a one piece DS.

        I guess I should have said, 14's should be easy with all the bolt-ons, plus heads and cam.

        And yeah, I could see someone doing all that to their car and still not hit 14's, but if they setup and drive the car right it should.

          </font>
there are people that will argue they drove the cr right and had heads and cam 3.4Ls that raun slower then 15.4.
