Re: Do you regret A/C delete?

I deleted mine in my V6. Think it was more like 30lbs or more off the front of the car. That was the Compressor, Condensor, and everything else on the system. It also made working on the car alot easier. I lived in Virginia Beach and it get hot there. I had cavy that had A/C so I would drive that on the unbearable days. My Firebird was a weekend and night car anyways! Did I regret it? No. I changed plugs on a monthly basis cause I ran N20, and I also just pulled plugs on a weekly basis to check how the car was running.

I'm old, fat and hairy; I think I'll keep the A/C.

Its already hitting 95 degrees here , no love for AZ. I still wouldn't live in FL. just because of the humidty, I'll take the dry heat.

I have no ac in either of mine. I don't regret it at all though I live in Pa. Only time it even remotely sucks is in traffic or rain.
