I usually don't stand up for insurance companies, but this is wrong. I can't see justifying buying a WHOLE NEW SET of wheels when only one is bad. No insurance company will do that. It is as they say "better than whole" if they had to pop for a whole new set, while the older three can be sold by the insured, and the insurance company doesn't see any of that money.
If one wheel is bad, then one wheel is all they have to pay for. I don't agree with the touch up work, but I don't agree with them having to buy you a whole new set either, especially of your choice. They're going to pay for damage, not sign over a blank check.
