I PUT MY 3870.240 eibach springs on the rear today ... went take measurements only 1/4 lower.. hell i can get that filling the gas tank up! so i went back and took the rubber spacer out and that gave me another half inch(that is MR GHETTO to yall)... i thought i was suposed to get at least an inch and a quarter with just the springs.... has any one else had this problem ,i did'nt even put the ones on the front that would just shift the weight towards the front and raise the rear .... i do like the stiffer ride ...very dissapointed in the appearence .. here are some pics [

it takes a while, they have to get some wearing in, then they will sit lower. that's how all springs on new cars are.

it doesn't lower your car all the way the second you put them on. after a few hundred miles they should settle another 1/4" or more. My friend lowered an avenger using eibachs and you couldn't really see much of a difference at first. he came over 4 weeks later and was almost tucked! don't weigh them down or they won't settle right!!! and put the rubber spacer back in.

          be patient

the car is settling(getting lower) .. i like where it is now(still got the spring spacer out ,no problems or noises yet) ,the car is finally level... couple of questions :sometimes when i am dodging pot holes or on curves the car will sometimes jerk your head back and forth to where i fear i am going to knock the window out with my head,is this the swaybar or can i upgrade my panhard bushings???also if the srings settle how long do you wait until you get it aligned??i read the archives still not sure.. i didn't put the front springs on i will if the rear ever looks like it is sagging....also dominic i cut the inner fender lips because the tires, since being on the TTIIs , were rubbing every now And then with the stock springs (did'nt want to chance ruining the tires ,specially since i was lowering it)
